We’d like to start this year with announcing our new regulated GEO - Ontario, Canada. We put a lot of effort to get this license and finally we can start working with this interesting and promising market.
Here are some important things we’d like to share with you regarding Ontario:
- Ontario regulations forbid direct advertising of casino bonuses and promos, direct motivation of players to register and deposit. So, please keep it in mind.
- Regarding such important regulations for the Ontario market we updated our User Agreement. And added a separate Marketing Policy for Ontario, which is already on our site and can be checked here. Please note, that these rules are subject to change.
- Our marketing policy is aligned with regulations applied for Ontario, therefore we highly recommend looking through the marketing rules here and here.
